no not all filipinos are hispanic some filipinos are chinese filipino and some are american filipino.

i am a filipino national..yes filipinos are hispanic because hundred yrs ago we are under spanish colony..from culture we adapted theirs..

- Yes. Filipinos is Hispanic. According to the history, Philippines discovered by Spanish colonizers (Magellan and Miguel Lopez de Legaspi) and colonized the Philippines for almost 333 years. The religion (Caltholism) and even the name Philippines also came from the name of King Philip II. So until now the culture and tradition the Philippines, have a vast influenced by Spanish.
