Yes sir , Filipinos are Hispanics,in cultures in blood in general,that’s why my country got its name from King Philip’s of Spain,now PHILIPPINES my beloved country

- Yes, most Filipino are hispanic race because we’re under the authority of Spain for almost 300 yrs. Actually my grand parents are mixed blood 25 % of spanish blood.
