In my opinion No. Manila as in general is a good city loved by foreigners. Okay there is a bad side of it traffic jam, squatters and other petty crimes which is natural in other cities in the world. But Manila is loved by probinsiyanos and probinsiyanas who aim to have a good opportunity to work and be able to gain a city life after them.

No it’s not that is over exaggerated expression. Be in mind that for us human being we have Five senses, we what is right and wrong.
